Hello, my name is Rosemary Sambora and I grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).

After working as a clinical dietitian in an acute-care setting in Phoenix, I transitioned to the library world for my career. I have a Master’s degree in Library Science; and I've had a career as a professional librarian.

Additionally, I have a passion for essential oils* and how they can be integrated into an overall healthy lifestyle. Thus this website.
